Registration

By registering with Mitutoyo UK, you will be able to view, track and manage your orders. No users of our website can store payment details, we use a third party gateway called PayPoint to process all online payments. More details on PayPoint can be found here: www. paypoint.com

You can also checkout as a guest, this means that you don’t have to create an account with us.

Secure Payment Processing

All payments made through the Mitutoyo.co.uk website are processed via PayPoint, therefore all payment details are encrypted using secure technology and your card details are not retained or visible to Mitutoyo employees.

Payment Types

Mitutoyo accepts the following payment. We currently do not accept PayPal or American Express.

You’ll be charged for your order when it is despatched from our warehouse.

Promotional Codes

If you are using a promotional code please enter it in the promotional code box on the basket page. The discount will automatically be calculated. Promotional codes are for one time use only and may not be used in separate orders or applied to different products in the case of an exchange.

Mitutoyo reserves the right to cancel any promotional codes without notice.

Errors and Omissions

In the case of errors or omissions on the website Mitutoyo reserve the right to refund your order prior to the goods being despatched.

Mitutoyo reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will be notified and reimbursed for the full cost of the order.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of Mitutoyo products are correct. The colours and models shown on the website are a close representation, but slight variations in the actual product colours may occur due to different screen resolutions and browsers.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email to confirm that we have received your order. If you have a problem processing your payment online or are not certain if your payment was successful please call our Sales Team on 01264 535123.

Prices

Prices are quoted in UK Sterling and inclusive of VAT. If you are a registered distributor and logged in you will see your buying prices minus VAT and discount (if applicable).

Out of Stock Products

For general users it is not possible to place an order for an out of stock product. If you are a registered distributor you can place out of stock items on back order. For full details and lead times please call our Sales Team on 01264 353123.

Amending or Cancelling an Order
